In early February 2015, France informed the WTO on amendments regarding the conditions for the use of health warnings on tobacco packages. Proposed date of adoption: around 1 May 2015. Proposed date of entry into force: Article 1: the day after publication; Article 2: 20 May 2016.

In the first half of February 2015, the Russian Federation released a notification on amendments to the forms of veterinary certificates for exported feed and feed additives of animal origin, including poultry and fish into the CU territory. The document was adopted on December 24, 2014 and entered into force on January 28, 2015.

In early February 2015, the Republic of Korea informed the WTO on revision of labelling standards for livestock products. Proposed date of adoption and entry into force: to be determined. Final date for comments: April 4, 2015.

In early February 2015, Canada informed the WTO of Health Canada's proposal to expand the list of permitted food additives. In particular, the approval of the use of three new colouring agents in certain types of food is expected. The food additive use comes into force the day on which the modifications are made to the List of Permitted Colouring Agents, approved by Health Canada. Final date for comments: April 10, 2015.

In late January 2015, the United States released a notification on expected changes to the Salmonella and Campylobacter Verification Testing Program: Proposed Performance Standards for Salmonella and Campylobacter in Not-Ready-to-Eat Comminuted Chicken and Turkey. Proposed date of adoption and entry into force: to be announced. Final date for comments: March 27, 2015.

In the second half of January 2015, Sweden released a notification on Draft Regulation Concerning the Use of Chemical Plant Protection Products Amending Regulation on Pesticides. Proposed date of adoption and entry into force: April 2015. Final date for comments: April 20, 2015.
