USA: changes to the safety standards for meat
In late January 2015, the United States released a notification on expected changes to the Salmonella and Campylobacter Verification Testing Program: Proposed Performance Standards for Salmonella and Campylobacter in Not-Ready-to-Eat Comminuted Chicken and Turkey. Proposed date of adoption and entry into force: to be announced. Final date for comments: March 27, 2015.
